Message	but now that you tell it it was Encarta 2000 the one I tried to install it. I think I will give up and take it back. I used my @ work time and my leasure time to work with it plus another from a friend. Now even my laptop started to do its part too but that one get a lot install and remove of software that I test drive so the registry must be really crowded with old entries.
